All online product sales are final
We do not accept returns on tools, products, or hair extensions purchased through fluffbar.com, regardless of condition. There are two reasons for this, and both work in your favour.
- Tools are already covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We are an authorised reseller for T3 Micro, GA.MA Italy Professional, Alter Ego Italy, Beauvoir, Y.S. Park Professional, and our other brand partners. Every non-discontinued tool we sell is fully backed by the manufacturer’s own warranty, which is the proper path for any defect or quality issue. The manufacturer holds the parts, the engineering knowledge, and the replacement inventory — they are the right people to resolve a defect.
- We cannot resell tools that have left our store. As an authorised reseller, we are not permitted to re-stock or resell any tool once it has been delivered to a customer. A return policy would mean discarding products we cannot legally re-stock, and that cost would push our prices up across the board. Keeping returns out of the equation is how we keep prices fair.
Hair extensions are final sale
This is the industry standard. Once hair extensions have left the salon, they cannot be resold for hygiene reasons — every extensions retailer in the world treats clip-ins, hand-tied wefts, tape-ins, K-tips, and I-tips as final sale. We are no different. If you have any questions about colour, texture, length, or method before you order, please ask us in advance and we will guide you to the right match. We offer free colour consultations both in-salon and over Instagram DM at @fluffbar.
If a tool develops a defect
Contact the manufacturer directly. Each brand has its own warranty process, and they are typically very responsive.

Discontinued and closeout products
Items clearly labelled as discontinued or closeout in the product description are sold as-is. Because the manufacturer is no longer producing or supporting these products, they are not covered by the standard manufacturer warranty. We pass that savings on to you in the form of significantly reduced pricing. If you are unsure whether a specific product is discontinued, ask us before you buy and we will tell you.
