What to Expect in the Chair

Your colourist will revisit your goals, assess your hair in natural light, and finalise the colour formula — custom-mixed using Alter Ego Italy professional colour systems, free from sulfates, parabens, petroleum, and synthetic fragrances.
The Colour Experience
Settle in with a complimentary beverage — champagne, espresso, or tea — while your colourist works. Every colour appointment includes a signature aromatherapy scalp treatment designed to nourish and relax.
Timing & Planning
Colour services typically range from 2 to 4.5 hours depending on the technique. Your colourist will review your maintenance plan, recommended products, and when to schedule your next appointment — so your colour stays vibrant between visits.

Location & Parking
We’re located at 1520 Wazee Street in the heart of LoDo, steps from Union Station. Street parking and nearby garages are available — the closest is the Wynkoop Street Garage.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a fee, as your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
What to Bring
Arrive with clean, dry hair — no products if possible. Bring photos of colours you love (and ones you don’t). Wearing a button-down or zip-up top makes the process more comfortable.
