Need to Cancel an Appointment? Use Caution, Cancelling a Fluff Appointment may result in you not looking your best!

We Understand that life happens, we have reserved time with a stylist especially for you.  If you do not cancel your appointment with a courtesy 8 business hours’ notice then you will be charge for half of the appointment value.  If you cancel with less than 8 business hours’ notice or no show your appointment, you will be charged the full value of the appointment.  If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment we will do our best to service you, however, you will be charged for the full value of the service you originally reserved time for.  We stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, we will work with you until you are satisfied.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  Additional cancellation policy terms apply to holidays and to bridal services.
